Biography
Reed Faith Evans is an undergraduate assistant working in the Shafer lab. Reed is currently enrolled in her senior year at IU, she transferred from Bloomington Ivy Tech in 2024 with an Associates in Biological Sciences. Her work in the lab includes identifying, qualifying, and modeling drosophila circadian & homeostatic processes and the neurons which facilitate them. Her research is conducted independently, under the guidance of Orie Shafer, Ph.D and Abhilash Lakshman, Ph. D.
