Biography

Dr. Boullon is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Hohmann Lab at the Gill Institute for Neuroscience. She received her PhD in neuroscience at the University of Galway, in Ireland. During her time in Ireland, she focused in studying the neurobiology underlying sex differences in neuropathic pain and the role of the endocannabinoid system. Currently, she investigates the interlink between the endocannabinoid and opioid systems for improved pain management.
